Group Overtime Requisition Form

Under FLOWNet > Request Forms > OT there is an option called Group OT Requisition (refer to figure below). This option consists of digital forms, which allow superior to request for overtime for the employee under their supervision.

If this is a pending submission request, select the draft request forms according to its AgentID from “Request No” drop down list followed by clicking the Next button (refer to Employee_applying_application_request for explanation). If this is a new request, you may first need to select Requestor. Please note that, Requestor must be a superior with subordinates else info message will prompt “Have no subordinate to apply for OT Requisition”. After that, you may need to input OT date, start time, end time, OT hours, OT type and Trans Req? (Transport required?). You may click on the Next button to continue submit a new or draft Group Overtime requisition request. You will see the page below if you select either one of the options mentioned above (refer to figure below).

The page shown (refer to figure above) will list down all employee’s under the Requestor, with all the Overtime information filled by the Requestor in the first page of Group Overtime Requisition (OT date, start time, end time, OT hours, OT type and Trans Req?).

There is a hyperlink within the Group OT Requisition, called OT Req Listing. If you click on this hyperlink, a pop-up window will appear (refer to figure below). This window will show you the historical Overtime requisition request for selected employee with its status.

Fill in all necessary information within the Group Overtime Requisition Form, select the Check All button if you wish to submit all subordinate's overtime and select the “Complete” status. Click on the Submit button to escalate the request to respective superior. The Group Overtime Requisition Form submission process flow is mentioned in unifiedESS process flow and Employee_applying_application_request. Request submission is subject to superior's approval.
