Besides view and edit subordinate's information in Staff Profile, superior also can check on the historical information of subordinate's information under the login superior's supervision. Superior will need to select respective subordinate's that under their supervision (refer to How to select your subordinate? ) and they will able to view  the historical information as same as in My profile.
