This information is related to a job profile the employee attached to, which set in the unifiedHCM Manpower module. The information displayed include:
Description of staff job profile.
Rating or information related to skills, responsibility, qualification, experience and criteria required for the staff job profile.
Selection which consist of questionnaire forms that used to evaluate the qualification of job profile.
Rating on profiling.
