The below figure  explained the process flow of password management in unifiedESS. (refer to figure below)

Initially, a password will be generated by the system and send to employees via email (if the employee has a valid e-mail address). If employees doesn't have an email, password will be sent to the superior. If employee doesn't has an e-mail and superior, the password will be pending in the system.

Employees can get the password from hint if the password is forgotten. Newly generated password will be sent to the employee via email. Also, the hints can be changed by employee anytime in order to get better security in unifiedESS.
